Realtor Tour of Ridge Hill and Monarch at Ridge Hill, Yonkers

This week my colleagues and I attended a Realtor breakfast for an update on the wonderful addition to our city of Yonkers: RIDGE HILL and the residences of MONARCH AT RIDGE HILL!  Ridge Hill is a new eco friendly community that will allow residents and visitors to enjoy a host of shopping, restaurants and entertainment which will include: Showcase Cinema de Lux, REI Sporting Goods, Brio Tuscan Grille, Orvis, Whole Foods, Cheesecake Factory, LL Bean, Sephora, Apple, Lord Taylor and many more to come.  

The residences of Monarch at Ridge Hill (condominiums) include 24 hour concierge, lounge, wine cellar, cinema room, indoor/outdoor pool, tennis and basketball courts, a state of the art fitness center, and much more.  Ridge Hill is located between Interstate 87 and the Sprain Brook Parkway in YONKERS.  The grand opening is scheduled for October and I look forward to enjoying all Ridge Hill has to offer OUR community.
